Sonu Nigam sings one of his Odia song in Indian Idol 2016

In the audition round of Indian Idol 2016 , Bollywood renowned singer Sonu Nigam sang one of his Odia song “Puchuki Gali Phesana Wali” from the film “Suna Panjuri” on request of aspiring contestant Biswajit Mahapatra. Sonu Nigam also said that – There was a time when he used to record more than 50 Odia songs in a month.
Biswajit Mohapatra sang “Is dil ka mein kya karoon” from the movie Barfee and was appriciated by all the three judges. Bollywood eminent music composer Anu Malik not only praised Biswajit but also said that – Biswajit owns very unique and youth favorite melodious voice. Anu Malik Said Biswajit represents the youth of Today in Stylized and Melodic manner.‘Biswajit Mahapatra’ who belongs to Bhubaneswar & hails from Bhawanipatna.
