Shahid Kapoor’s OTT Film on Operation Cactus getting Delay. Shahid Kapoor will be on of the most bussiest once the lockdown is lifted as the actor has a lot on his plate. After the super success of his last release, his upcoming film Jersey is all set to release. Shahid moved on to shooting for his OTT debut with directors Raj and DK. This thriller web series starring Raashi Khanna and Vijay Sethupathi, the untitled series finished its Goa schedule and moved back to Mumbai when the lockdown started. The crew will re-start shooting in Mumbai once the restrictions are eased.
According to news, the lockdown has also caused Shahid’s next film to postpone till he finds a suitable time to shoot. An OTT project, the film is based on Operation Cactus which was conducted in 1988m when the Indian troops went to Maldives to trounce the attended coup by a Maldivian group led by Abdullah Luthufi that attempted to overthrow the government.
Keeping in mind about the shooting restrictions and the current situation, Shahid Kapoor has decided to put the project on hold and only start shooting once Raj and DK’s series is over.
