As published in Filmfare, Popular casting director turned director Mukesh Chhabra declared that his upcoming film Kizzie Aur Manny is renamed. The new title is Dil Bechara. The film stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi. The actress Sanjana Sanghi was seen in films like Rockstar, Hindi Medium and Fukrey Returns in lead roles. The film is based on John Green’s popular novel The Fault In Our Stars. Now, the breaking news is that film also stars Saif Ali Khan in a crucial role. Saif will essay the part of Willen Dafoe from the original film. The actor shot for his part in Paris recently where the cast and crew were shooting for one of the main sequences of the film.
The director of the film, Mukesh Chhabra said, “We shot in Paris for a week but Saif was only there for a few days. He gelled well with the team and we had a great time.” He also went on to reveal why the title of the film was changed saying, “We felt that viewers would only connect with it (Kizzie Aur Manny) after watching the film while Dil Bechara is self-explanatory and people will instantly relate to it.”
Sushant Singh Rajput was last seen in Kedarnath and along with Dil Bechara, his upcoming film includes Chhichhore, Drive, Paani.
