Our celebrities have been using their stardom in a positive way to create awareness of this Nobel Corona Virus. Almost all Bollywood actors are taking to social media to create awareness about what to do and what not to do in the current situation.
Not only Bollywood, but regional film industry stars also using their social media handles to make people aware. Not only that several stars have now come out and are contributing to the PM-CARES fund, which is for the relief work.
The spread of COVID-19 has hit a lot of people in various parts of the country and be it treatment or the healthcare facilities like the distribution of masks & sanitizers is somewhere lacking still. In order to make sure the process to fasten, several celebs have been contributing to the PM-CARES relief fund.
According to latest news Akshay Kumar donated Rs 25 crore, Hrithik Roshan has procured N95 and FFP3 masks for BMC workers, Rajinikanth has given Rs 50 lakhs for the relief work, Prabhas has given Rs 4 crore towards the COVID-19 relief fund, Ram Charan contributed Rs 70 lakh for the same and last but not the least Varun Dhawan has pledged to contribute Rs 30 lakhs for the PM-CARES fund.
