W is an upcoming 2014 musical thriller Hindi film directed by Tarun Madan Chopra.The film which is slated to release 14th March,2014 will star Meer Ali, Abhey Jit Attri, and Sonal Giani.Mr.Chopra chosed to make film on rape rape after reading a newspaper and realizing that “out of 18 rape cases, 14 were committed in moving cars.The film story runs with 3 best friend Sandy (Leeza Mangaldas), Roohi (Lezlie Tripathy), and Manu (Sonal Giani) who run W, an event management company that focuses on music events.The film will be the debut Ā for Ollywood actress Lezlie Tripathy.The film highlights sexual violence against women and campaign to bring the guilty to justice.
