Bipasha Basu unveiled Unleash

Actress Bipasha Basu’s third fitness DVD titled Unleash is unveiled which will show how to be fit and strong. The actress is very excited about Unleash. The 35-year-old actress says “People in India want to be thin but they don’t know how to be fit. So this one is about being strong and not just thin,” Bipasha told reporters. She also said that “It’s a shame if you can’t take out 25 minutes for your health. Dedicate at least 25 minutes to work out.”
The 35-year-old, who was seen in “Race 2” and “Raaz 3″, is a fitness freak. The actress also said that ” Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan among actors and among actress Deepika Padukone is fit ”
