Kangana Ranaut’s political drama Emergency, based on the controversial period of India’s Emergency (1975-77), is all set to hit the screens after facing a delay due to issues with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). Initially scheduled for release on September 6, 2024, the film had to be postponed as it could not get clearance from the CBFC.
